Order Cancellation Eligibility
We strive to accommodate cancellation requests whenever feasible. Orders are generally eligible for cancellation if they have not yet been processed or dispatched from our facility.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before it has been shipped—whichever occurs first.
While cancellations during the processing stage may be considered, they are subject to timing and availability.
To verify whether your order is eligible for cancellation, you can check the status via your account dashboard or contact our customer support team via email.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. However, we will assist you with suitable alternatives such as returns or exchanges, where applicable.
Cancellation Window
Orders can only be canceled while they are still in the processing stage. Once an order has been marked as "shipped," cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.
During peak periods such as sales events or festive seasons, additional cancellation restrictions may apply. These limitations will be clearly communicated at checkout or through order updates.
Orders That Have Been Shipped
If your order has already been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, you may still request a return after receiving the item, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Order Modifications
Currently, we are unable to accommodate changes to order details, including items or shipping addresses, once the order has been placed. If modifications are necessary, we recommend canceling the existing order—provided it meets the cancellation criteria—and placing a new order with the correct information.
