  • Items must be returned in the same pristine condition in which they were delivered.
     
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery date.

Returns that do not meet these criteria or are submitted outside the eligible window may be declined.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide Supporting Evidence
If applicable, include clear photos of the product highlighting any defects, damages, or issues.

3. Follow Return Instructions

Please note: We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet the terms outlined in this policy.

Refund Process and Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. You will be notified of the outcome—whether the refund has been approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the transaction is completed.

Partial Refunds

In certain instances, a partial refund may be granted if the returned product is slightly damaged or missing specific components, thereby not fully meeting our return standards.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return. To help us resolve the issue promptly, include clear photos or a short video showing the problem when you reach out.
